Leather automatically brings about a certain air of bad ass confidence to the wearer  –even if you aren’t thinking about joining a biker gang anytime soon, here are a few ways to incorporate leather into your wardrobe:

Opting for colors other than black is a great way to soften the effect leather will have on your outfit. This Helmut Lang jacket balances its unique construction with warm browns and greys.

If you tend to be an “all black everything” person, break up the black with some color! This coat by Angélique Chmielewski is a favorite of ours –the black leather sleeves compliment the blue wool and make it effortlessly cool.

Our favorite feature of this coat is that the bottom zips off and transforms it into a super cute crop jacket! Equally chic, but with less length!

Dressing up leather doesn’t need to be a no-no. This leather crop top from Angélique Chmielewski looks amazing with any high-waist  pencil skirt. Pair it with a long necklace, or bold cuff and you’re good to go!

Leather vests are great for more casual looks. Throw one over your favorite cotton tee to take your outfit from basic blah to bold babe!
