Until the early 2000’s, Zoë Jordan was an architecture student and part time clothing enthusiast. Interested in the way clothing could be dually androgynous and feminine, Zoë Jordan launched her first collection in spring/summer of 2012. Now renowned for her exquisitely tailored coats, Zoë Jordan continues to create her collections around the central idea that women’s clothing can be two dimensional by having both a feminine and unconventional, boyish elegance to it.
For her fall/winter 2013 collection, Zoë Jordan’s architectural history and knowledge once again have contributed greatly to her designs. With bold shapes, prints, and defining structures, Zoë Jordan pays homage to big city architecture and atmosphere reminiscent of London, where she recently relocated to from Hong Kong.
